What is Healing?

Healing is ordinary,
         commonplace.

Humans are systems of energy.
Disorder the system, illness follows.

Healing is improving that disorganization.
By acts of the heart like
         kindness, generosity, gentleness or attentiveness.

Each human being is a system,
         existing in the context of larger systems— 
                  family,  community, human species.

Humans are social animals.
Social animals cannot live successfully,
outside of the system of their species.

There are certain healthy experiences,
         that only occur interpersonally—
         cooperation, appreciation, friendship and healing.

All of this occurs within a fabricated system—our culture .
All cultures are unnatural, invented by people,
Culture is necessary, but limiting.

Each social system, and its cultural context,
exists in a greater  system—nature.

Healing— 
natural, inherent, possible.
